We currently offer eight curated collections: Cape Sets, Co-ord Sets, Cowl Sets, Dresses, Fusion Edits, Kurta Sets, Lehengas, and Sarees. Each collection reflects a distinct mood and occasion — from everyday elegance to festive statement looks.

Our garments are available in XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Sarees are offered in Free Size. Detailed size charts are provided on each product page to help you find your perfect fit.

We work with a curated selection of fine fabrics suited to each garment's design — including silk, georgette, crepe, and embroidered textiles. Fabric details are listed on each product page.

All Bhawika Sachdeva garments require Dry Clean Only care. We recommend storing your pieces in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve colour and fabric integrity.

Since every piece is made to order, please allow 30 to 45 days from the date of order confirmation for your garment to be crafted and dispatched. We will keep you updated at every stage of the process.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Since our pieces are made specifically for you, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, your garment will already be in production and we will be unable to process a cancellation.

As all garments are made to order exclusively for each customer, we do not accept returns. We encourage you to review size charts carefully and reach out to us if you need assistance before ordering.

We understand that fit matters. In cases where there is a significant sizing discrepancy from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective garment, please contact us immediately with photographs of the item. We will prioritise resolving the matter with a replacement or suitable remedy.
